  • A: These values reflect your max back squat and bench press, respectively. There are several ways to estimate these values. Contact your golf coach or select Support for help.

  • A: Split sets. If an exercise is single sided (example: 1 arm dumbbell row), split the sets. So if prescribed 4 sets of 10 reps, do 2 sets of 10 reps on the left and 2 sets of 10 reps on the right.

  • A: This can be done multiple ways based on personal preference.

    (1) Do all sets of one exercise back-to-back, taking the recommended rest time between sets.

    (2) You can choose two exercises and alternate the sets until each is complete (“superset”).

    (3) Lastly, you can run through the exercises in a circuit. This means as you move down the list, do one set of each exercise, and then continue cycling through all exercises until complete.

  • A: If using ETRAK Pro at a gym or training facility, you should have all of the equipment you need! If training from home, you can train without equipment using the Stability focus.
